Our fast -growing team manages all the Israeli clients.We're expanding and looking for an Account Manager (ADS) to join our team in Israel and help strengthen our client operations.The role includes:Supporting clients in their digital advertising campaigns (ADS) while maintaining close, ongoing communication and ensuring high satisfaction.Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing day -to -day relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across all activities.Tracking, monitoring, and analyzing campaign performance; preparing reports and presenting insights to clients.Collaborating with internal teams (Planning, Creative, Media, Product, Monetization, Data) to align on goals, campaign structure, tools, and systems.Helping coordinate campaigns, promotions, and ongoing client initiatives while ensuring all deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.Staying up -to -date with industry trends, platform updates, competitors, and best practices in digital/paid media.Preparing presentations and performance reviews for client meetings, turning data into actionable recommendations.Supporting cross -functional collaboration across departments to improve campaign execution and client value Requirements1+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Partnerships, or a similar client -facing role.Minimum of 6 months experience in a media or digital marketing agency — must.Strong communication and organizational skills; highly structured, detail -oriented, and reliable.Customer -focused and proactive; able to independently identify opportunities that generate value for clients.Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, ADS tools, attribution, and campaign management systems (does not need to run campaigns directly but must understand platform logic and navigation).Target/KPI -driven with strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data clearly and accurately.Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field — must.
