About the Role:

Our platform team builds the foundation for 1,000+ developers — combining infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and ChatOps into a unified developer experience.

As a Platform Engineer, you'll architect and build the core services, controllers, and automations that make this possible.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Build reusable platform components for deployment, observability, and governance.
  • Extend ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and Temporal to enable intelligent, event-driven automation.
  • Manage multi-cluster Kubernetes environments via declarative GitOps.
  • Develop Terraform/Terragrunt modules and Helm templates.
  • Integrate ChatOps automation into platform workflows.
  • Partner with developers and SREs to deliver reliable, self-service infrastructure.
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Familiar with Kubernetes, Helm, and controller patterns.
  • Hands-on with ArgoCD, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.
  • Programming experience in Go or Python.
  • Passion for developer experience and platform thinking.
  • Product mindset — you care about how teams use what you build.
