At I-Next Data, the AI innovation center of Tel Aviv Sourasky (Ichilov) Medical Center, we build and deploy cutting-edge AI systems that directly support doctors and patients. Our mission is to deliver production-ready Gen-AI solutions across the hospital. We are a 30+ developer team focused on production, within a group of ~45 employees.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer as an early member of a newly formed GenAI team. You will design, build, and deploy production-ready LLM applications that integrate directly into clinical workflows. You will be responsible for back-end development and productization.

This position will particularly value engineers with strong backend expertise, who can also work across cloud deployment and bring a design-thinking, problem-solving mindset into production. Your work will directly support clinicians and patients by enabling AI applications in real clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prototype and integrate agentic workflows (e.g., extractors, summarizers), build RESTful APIs, and (optionally) develop lightweight UIs for clinicians.

· Deployment: Docker/Kubernetes, cloud integration, CI/CD.

· Evaluation: monitoring, logging, LangFuse/Phoenix.

Skills and Experience

· 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

· Strong backend programming skills (mainly python), with basic frontend experience (React).

· Familiarity with containerization and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and/or vector databases.

· Hands-on with LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI, Bedrock) and evaluation/monitoring tools (LangFuse, Phoenix, Prometheus/Grafana).

· Strong design thinking and problem-solving mindset.

· Quick learner, adaptable to new frameworks and workflows.

· Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.
