Full-Stack Developer – AI Agent Team

MelingoAI is at the forefront of conversational AI and natural language technologies, powering intelligent agents that understand, process, and act on complex human language across sectors. Our AI Agent platform integrates seamlessly into our clients' business software to provide a highly personalized and efficient support and sales experience.

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a passion for AI-driven products and deep technical experience to join our AI Agent team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, product-led environment and enjoy building intelligent systems that impact thousands of users daily – we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across our AI Agent platform using Python (backend) and (frontend).

  • Collaborate closely with AI researchers, product managers, and UX designers to bring intelligent conversational experiences to life.

  • Work with AI models, integrate them into product workflows, and optimize for performance and scalability.

  • Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and more.

  • Develop in a CI/CD environment with Docker, ensuring high-quality and fast delivery of features.

  • Contribute to a microservices architecture, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and clear service boundaries.

  • Optionally contribute to prompt engineering, and explore agent-assisted capabilities to improve the intelligence and autonomy of our systems.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with a strong focus on Python and

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deploying applications in a production environment.

  • Proven experience working in microservices-based architectures.

  • Solid experience working with or integrating AI models in real-world applications.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized environments – strong advantage.

  • Background in prompt engineering – bonus.

  • Experience working on agent-based systems or AI copilots – significant advantage.
