Key responsibility

  • Looking for Lead inventory across global manufacturing & WH sites
  • Enhance inventory tracking and reporting processes using advanced analytics and automation tools
  • Monitoring costing error :
  • Ensure cost accounting is finalized and fully distributed
  • Validate closure of interfaced modules (AR/AP) and completed work orders
  • Review standard cost and layer processes
  • Identify and resolve costing anomalies (e.g., negative balances, incorrect work order flows)
  • Confirm final accounting and full cost distribution of receipts
  • Monitor for unfinalized accounting entries and missing SLA definitions
  • Detect incomplete transactions and missing standard cost, categories, or layers
  • Ensure accurate definitions for warehouses, items, and transaction SLAs
  • Review role definitions for SOX compliance
  • Review BI integration and validations (inventory cycle)

Experience & Skills

Good Analysis skills – working with big data

Leadership

Self-learning

Proactive approach

Fluent English

ERP experience – must. Oracle fusion – Highly preferred/Must.

Experience of 5-7 years from global Industrial/ High-tech manufacturing companies

Education: Finance/Accounting background preferred
