We are looking for a hands-on Finance Specialist to join our growing global team. This role provides comprehensive transactional finance support for the company's international subsidiaries and plays a central role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

You will work closely with the group Controller, CFO, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead accounts receivable collections, working closely with Customer Service and Sales teams.Own core finance operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and vendor management.Perform daily accounting activities such as bank reconciliations, invoice processing, payment preparation, fixed asset management, general ledger entries, payroll entries, and accruals (including rebates).Prepare and support quarterly financial close in line with corporate reporting requirements.Support expense reporting and travel management processes.Ensure sales tax compliance and manage related processes within the ERP system.Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial procedures, work instructions, and system capabilities.Support finance projects and ensure consistent execution of departmental initiatives. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.Solid understanding of accounting and budgeting principles, practices, and policies.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.High proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/budgeting tools.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.Comfortable working directly with customers.Experience with ERP systems (Priority - an advantage).Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
