Position Summary:

Responsible for promoting outstanding customer service, professionalism, safety and security for an assigned area on the casino floor.  Repair minor slot machine malfunctions. Oversee Slot Dispatch for all of Slot Operations in accordance with departmental and company policies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Generate and complete slot machine hand pays up to and including $5,000.00 on games with denominations of $10 or less.

• Safeguard against theft and maintain the security of all slot machines, keys, radios and casino property.

• Handle customer complaints in accordance with established departmental and company policies and procedures.

• Report developments which may affect casino operation to Slot Operations management.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• One (1) year of experience in a frontline customer service position.

• Previous money-handling experience.

• Must successfully complete ilani Slot Operations training program.

• Must be able to handle multi-task communications duties in Slot Operations dispatch. 

• Must possess keyboard/keypad data entry skills, basic mathematical skills, and a functional ability to read, write and understand English.

• Must be able to lift forty pounds, use an "in ear" communication device and have the dexterity to handle and service slot machine parts.

• Must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Swing & Graveyard Shifts. Weekends & Holidays Are Required.
