Job Summary:

As a
Mechanical Engineering Product Lead
, you will be responsible for leading the transition of new hardware products from the design and development phase to successful mass production. You will be a key technical point of contact, managing New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

  • :Lead and manage
    New Product Introduction (NPI
    ) activities for new hardware products, overseeing the entire process from design to mass production
  • .Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, creating detailed engineering and manufacturing documentation
  • .Manage the design and manufacturing of mechanical components made from plastic and metal, working directly with
    CMs
    locally and abroad
  • .Lead the design, validation, and certification of product packaging
  • .Act as a technical focal point, collaborating with R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams
  • .Support the design and manufacturing of jigs and fixtures for the production line
  • .Lead the manufacturing and
    DFx
    and
    FAI
    processes for mechanical parts,
    PCB
    s, and
    PCBA
    s
  • .Support the assembly of mechanical prototypes
