T&SA Project Specialist

We are hiring a T&SA Project Specialist for our Beit Shemesh site.

Position Overview

As a T&SA Project Specialist, you will play a key role in driving process validation and improvement projects at our Beit Shemesh site. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful transfer, implementation, and optimization of production processes, while maintaining the high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
  Develop and implement project plans, set clear objectives, define process parameters and measurements (such as IPCs, CPPs, CQAs), and monitor project progress.
• Process Improvement:
  Lead initiatives to improve processes and implement new methods within production departments.
• Troubleshooting:
  Manage and resolve process related issues in collaboration with R&D and production teams.
• Technology Transfer:
  Oversee the transfer of new products from development to production, including risk management and coordination activities.
• Process Validation:
  Plan, execute, and analyze process validation activities in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements, including protocol preparation and reporting.
• Cross Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory departments to ensure project success.
• Data Analysis & Documentation:
  Analyze process and production data to identify trends, support decision making, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare, analyze, summarize, and conclude protocols and reports in line with regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements

Education:
M.Sc. or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Veterinary Medicine (mandatory).

Experience:
3–5 years in one or more of the following roles:

• Department Manager in Production
• Process Engineer in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
• R&D Researcher in a pharmaceutical company

Skills:

• Proven ability to analyze data, and to write clear protocols and reports.
• Demonstrated accountability and experience in leading projects end to end in a multi disciplinary environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret scientific literature.
• In depth knowledge of production processes, diagnostic methods, and state of the art technologies.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
