Position Overview

We're seeking a talented
Designer
. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality presentations, various design assets and materials that support our meetings with employees, enterprise clients, investors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design:

• Create compelling pitch decks and sales presentations for enterprise clients
• Design investor presentations and board meeting materials
• Develop presentation templates that align with Bria's brand and messaging
• Transform complex AI concepts into clear, visually engaging slides

External Meeting Materials:

• Design materials for client meetings, demos, and partnership discussions
• Develop conference presentations and speaking engagement materials
• Design booth materials and event collateral for industry conferences

Internal Communications:

• Design internal presentations for all-hands meetings and team updates
• Create training materials and onboarding presentations
• Develop quarterly business review and strategy presentations
• Design internal documentation and process guides

Brand & Marketing Support:

• Maintain brand consistency across all presentation materials
• Create templates and design systems for internal team use
• Design one-pagers, case studies, and customer success materials
• Support marketing team with campaign assets as needed

Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and executive teams
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical content into visual narratives
• Support preparation for key external meetings and strategic presentations
• Ensure all materials meet enterprise client expectations and standards

Digital & Marketing Design:

• Design website pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns
• Create social media assets, blog graphics, and thought leadership content
• Develop case studies, whitepapers, and customer success story visuals
• Design email campaigns and marketing automation assets

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in technology companies
• Strong portfolio in both digital and print design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with UX/UI design and design systems
• Understanding of B2B/enterprise design principles
• Experience in a hypergrowth startup
• Understanding of developer-focused products - preferable
