Senior Marketing Designer
Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced, creative, and self-driven
Senior Marketing Designer
to take full ownership of Our Group's visual identity and design roadmap across all brands
in Israel and global. This is a hands-on leadership role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance creative vision with execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the overall look & feel of our Group brands (Israel and global).
Design and maintain all digital assets, including websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns, social media visuals, and presentations.
Lead creative direction for marketing and product design projects, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to bring concepts to life quickly and effectively.
Support UI/UX improvements for the company's digital platforms and trading interfaces.
Manage external designers, freelancers, and creative vendors to support the department's roadmap.
Keep the brand fresh, modern, and aligned with market trends.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a digital or brand designer, preferably in B2C, fintech, trading, gaming, gambling, or ecommerce sectors.
Proven experience building or maintaining brand identities.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and technical mastery.
Excellent skills in
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
, and related tools.
- Experience in
UI/UX design and familiarity with responsive design best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at high speed without compromising quality.
Independent, organized, and proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills.
