Since launching in May 2022, it has skyrocketed to 30,000+ paying accounts and passed $100M ARR. Now, we're entering the next stage: scaling this momentum into a billion-dollar business line, while integrating AI as a core part of our product vision.This is not just another leadership role. It's an opportunity to take a hypergrowth SaaS suite at scale, in one of the most competitive categories in tech, and guide it into its next chapter of maturity. You'll be setting the vision for how AI will redefine the way companies manage sales, marketing, and customer relationships.#LI-DNI  What You'll DoOwn and scale the monday CRM product suite into its next phase of maturity and growth.Define the AI-first product strategy, market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market approach.Translate customer pain points and workflows into products that deliver undeniable business value.Lead and mentor a world-class team of product managers and analysts-helping them thrive and multiply their impact.Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and success to accelerate adoption and monetization.Be the external face of monday CRM at conferences, webinars, and industry events.Drive the transition from hypergrowth to sustained, scalable excellence-balancing speed with durability.
