The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate Product Manager to lead key aspects of our existing products and drive the creation of new products and services. This role requires someone with the ability to make a significant impact through strategic vision, technical insight, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management for several innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand market needs and customer requirements.
• Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and epics.
• Maintain, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and release tracking.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Champion product vision, strategy, and execution across the organization.
• Analyze product performance and iterate based on market feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years in a product management role focused on enterprise, customer-facing solutions (B2B2C & B2B).
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and sales teams to drive product adoption and success.
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Technical background in web-based technologies and SaaS applications.
• Demonstrated success working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce platform: various clouds, AppExchange package development, or administration- Adventege.
• Experience in Contact Centers or Field Services applications -advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation for product management workflows.
