About EndoCure

EndoCure is a young Haifa-based medical device startup on the rise. Our solution, Revealan, is transforming the existing manual, operator-dependent ultrasound into an objective, automated imaging tool with 10X higher density than MRI. We initially focus on women's health, and specifically on endometriosis, a common, debilitating condition with an indisputable unmet need.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Junior System Engineer with a background in Biomedical engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience. You will be part of the development of EndoCure's next-generation robotic ultrasound system through research, integration, testing, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485.

Key Responsibilities


• Integration of robotic ultrasound subsystems across mechanical, electronic, and software interfaces


• Conduct and document R&D experiments and system-level testing


• Collaborate with hardware, software, and clinical teams


• Support on-site pre-clinical testing and system debugging activities


• Author and maintain Design History File (DHF) documentation per ISO 13485


• Contribute to risk assessment and root-cause analyses

Qualifications


• BSc in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or related field (MSc is an advantage)


• 2–3 years of experience in system engineering or integration in multidisciplinary medical devices, preferably robotics


• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and DHF/V&V documentation practices


• Hands-on experience with electromechanical systems


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Effective communicator and proactive team player
