Head of Strategic Marketing

Lead and develop a high-performing strategic marketing team - attract, grow, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Drive Indigo's long-term strategic roadmap, identifying market opportunities, new business models, and emerging technology trends. Conduct and oversee deep market, customer, and competitive analyses to support key strategic decisions and product direction. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, sales, product management, and executive leadership to translate insights into actionable business strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing global strategy, portfolio direction, and investment priorities. Establish and improve marketing processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance efficiency, insight generation, and decision quality. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in product or strategic marketing, preferably within technology or industrial sectors. Proven strategic leadership experience in defining product direction, managing cross-functional teams, and influencing at senior levels. Strong background in market research, business analysis, and innovation strategy. Demonstrated success in leading teams and initiatives across global or matrixed organizations. Experience collaborating with R&D, sales teams, and external partners. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
