About the Role & Responsibilities

The role focuses on ensuring the quality of Pagaya's high-volume, data-driven production systems by designing and executing comprehensive test cases and improving deployment processes. Responsibilities include maintaining high delivery standards, analyzing and enhancing workflows for efficiency and quality.

The position requires collaboration with Research, Engineering, and Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve root causes of issues, creating automated tests to improve delivery time, testing APIs datasets, documenting and managing technical issues. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the role demands independent task management and a commitment to excellence.

• 2+ years of experience as QA.
• Experience in Python/ JavaScript or other Code.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to test complex systems and scenarios
• Knowledge of QA best practices and methodologies (setting up QA strategy, test planning, test design, and test execution).
• Good knowledge and experience with Git,VS , Pycharm, logs debugging tools, and Jira.
• Highly independent, passionate, self-motivated, and autodidact.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Responsible and self-sufficient, Able to own and deliver.
• Process-oriented and systematic approach.

• Experience in performing deep manual integrations and end-to-end tests on large data sets.
• Working with high data volume (FinTech, AdTech) or mission-critical SaaS production environments.
• Familiarity with Pandas and automation testing tools.
• Experience with API testing
