We are looking for an experienced
Global Sales & Marketing Manager
to join an international organization in the
food industry
.

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for driving commercial growth, building market presence, and expanding sales channels - with a strong focus on
European markets
.

Key Requirements:


• Proven experience in the
food industry – mandatory


• Strong background in
global sales and marketing


• Experience working with
European markets
(distributors, retailers, partners, key accounts)


• Ability to build and execute
go-to-market strategies


• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills


• Experience managing pipelines, pricing, and market expansion


• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven attitude


• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Responsibilities:


• Lead global sales and marketing strategy


• Develop and expand presence in European markets


• Manage and grow distributor and partner network


• Identify new business opportunities and channels


• Support brand positioning and product expansion


• Work closely with internal teams to align sales, marketing and operations
