DESCRIPTION

abra Technologies, a leading company in the field of technology integration, is seeking an experienced System Administrator to join its team of experts. The role involves managing and maintaining hybrid-cloud IT environments, with responsibility for computing architecture, information security, and providing advanced technical support (Tier 3).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain hybrid-cloud IT environments.
  • Oversee computing architecture and ensure information security.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator in hybrid-cloud IT environments.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft 365, including end-to-end management: licensing, user management, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Knowledge of identity management in Microsoft Entra ID, implementing Conditional Access, and enforcing MFA.
  • Experience with security solutions such as Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel.
  • Full proficiency in Intune, including Compliance and Patch Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure: managing VMs, VNet components, and RBAC permissions.
  • Practical experience in managing network switches and configuring FortiGate Firewalls.
  • Expertise in resolving complex Tier 3 issues and scripting in PowerShell.
  • High service orientation, reliability, and the ability to learn independently and quickly.
