QA Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Test & approve upcoming games for the main brands: 888casino, MrGreen and William Hill.
• Test & approve new server versions in regards to games configurations and engines changes;
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and external partners to ensure quality standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to advocate for quality.
• Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution across multiple teams. Ensure root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented.
• Detect, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Drive continuous improvements in testing processes to ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality standards.
• Analyze potential risks in releases and provide mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards where applicable.

Who we're looking for:

• Solid experience in a QA role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (both Waterfall and Agile)
• Familiarity with logging tools for monitoring and troubleshooting during testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Clear and effective communication skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluent English at a professional level.

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
2. Basic Automation knowledge;
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
