The People Analytics Partner translates workforce data into strategic impact. By combining strong business acumen with advanced analytical thinking, this role provides insights that enable evidence-based decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. As a trusted advisor to COEs and GSOs, the Partner shapes how data is used, understood, and applied across the HR organization.

Strategic Consulting & Partnership

• Collaborate with COEs and GSOs to translate business challenges and strategic priorities into clear research questions and actionable measurement frameworks.

• Act as a trusted thought partner, helping stakeholders frame the right questions and focus on outcomes that matter.

Actionable Insights & Storytelling

• Transform complex people data into compelling narratives that drive executive decisions and organizational change.

• Synthesize insights across multiple data sources to provide a holistic workforce perspective.

Dashboard Development & Insight Enablement

• Define requirements and success criteria for intuitive dashboards and visual solutions that simplify complex data for end users.

• Ensure insights are accessible, relevant, and clearly connected to business decisions.

Advanced & Predictive Analytics

• Lead and interpret deep-dive analyses to identify drivers, patterns, and future trends within the workforce.

• Leverage predictive and forward-looking insights to inform strategic workforce decisions.

Data Literacy & Capability Building

• Upskill COEs and GSOs in data literacy by strengthening their ability to interpret insights, ask better questions, and use data confidently in decision-making.

• Promote a data-driven mindset across HR by embedding analytics into everyday discussions and planning.

• At least 3 years of experience in people analytics, HR strategy, consulting, or a similar insight-driven role.

• Strong ability to translate business challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights.

• Excellent storytelling, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of people metrics, analytics concepts, and data-driven decision-making.

• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• High curiosity, strategic thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

• Use your outstanding business analysis skills to make a significant impact on leading solutions that produce the most efficient product solutions.
