Menora Mivtachim is hiring a Reinsurance Manager – Life & Health
We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to manage and expand our Life & Health reinsurance operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end reinsurance activities, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive process excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage relationships with reinsurers
- Oversee reinsurance agreements and settlements
- Lead the development of a new reinsurance system
- Ensure accurate financial and regulatory reporting
- Monitor results and conduct performance analysis
- Drive process optimization and efficiency
- Lead cross-organizational collaboration with Actuarial, Finance, IT, Business, and Legal teams
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Statistics, or Economics – must
- Professional certifications in insurance/actuarial/accounting – significant advantage
- Master's degree in a relevant field – advantage
- 5+ years of experience in reinsurance – must
- Proven experience in Life & Health insurance – must
- Project management and team leadership experience – advantage
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
