We are seeking a
Marketing Project Coordinator
for an academic institution in Northern Tel Aviv.

Academic institution in Northern Tel Aviv

Position Type:
Full-time, including one day of remote work

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading marketing projects based on the needs of the advertising department.
  • Coordinating and leading advertising communication with the organization's different units.
  • Gathering needs, writing briefs, and developing customized advertising campaigns.
  • Managing traffic between the units, the studio, and the department manager.
  • Monitoring, documenting, and providing ongoing service to the department's clients.
  • Managing the brand identity archive and advertising materials.
  • Coordinating the advertising budget in the Priority system.
  • Analyzing performance and reports from the briefs system.
  • Ongoing work with print and promotions vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications / Marketing / Advertising from a recognized institution -
    required

  • 1-2 years of experience in the field -
    required
    .
  • Previous experience in a marketing department or advertising agency -
    required
    .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with print and digital production requirements (
    offline/online
    ) -
    an advantage
    .
  • Familiarity with the Priority system -
    an advantage
    .
