About the Role

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of software management solutions in the automotive domain. The role combines hands-on development with strategic technology exploration, integration of open-source projects, and collaboration using modern development tools (Git, CI/CD).

What You Will Do

• Design and implement software components in Rust.
• Explore and integrate open-source technologies into our product strategy.
• Collaborate using Git and Agile workflows.
• Rapidly learn and apply new technologies as part of shaping system architecture.

What You Need to Be Successful

• 2–4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Rust (or strong background in systems programming with the ability to transition quickly).
• Knowledge of Python, C++, or Java is a strong advantage.
• Solid experience with Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn independently, and work effectively in a collaborative team.
