We partner with clients in various innovation industries, including startups at different stages, to strengthen their values and support growth. Our services encompass brand strategy development and implementation in both digital and physical environments, full branding processes, website design and UX-UI, marketing materials, office branding, and premium swag.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Designer located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visual content, developing branding materials, and producing graphics for both digital and physical environments. Daily tasks include designing website layouts, marketing materials, and collaborating with the team to ensure cohesive and effective brand identities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Visual / Graphic Design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and illustration work
  • High proficiency in design software and technologies: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma
  • Wix website design and development
  • After Effects & motion design (advantage)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Proven design experience (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and define project requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals and creative directions
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other design assets
  • Create and refine layouts using appropriate colors, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs
  • Test and adapt designs across various media and platforms
  • Revise concepts based on feedback to ensure consistency and brand alignment
