About the Role

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced B2B tech environment, is proficient in Figma, and enjoys utilising AI tools to bring visuals to life. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and brand stakeholders to create stunning assets across campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and more.

Note this is a part time, 60% position.

What you'll do:
  • Design compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, ads, email banners, events, and social media
  • Create beautiful decks, infographics, diagrams, and landing page assets
  • Collaborate on visual storytelling across website, blog posts, webinars, product releases, and customer case studies
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate variations, and spark creativity
  • Maintain and evolve our visual identity in line with brand guidelines
  • Bonus: Animate or edit short-form videos for social and product marketing
What you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital graphic design (B2B tech experience a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Experience using AI tools for image generation, mockups, or content adaptation
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, and color
  • Ability to balance speed and craft in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Basic experience in video editing or motion design tools like After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
