About this roleThe Technical Sourcing Partner is a key, impact-focused member of the TA team (People), responsible for designing and executing creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse, and passive senior top technical talent to Aidoc. This role is crucial for building and managing high quality long-term pipelines, driving a positive candidate experience, and acting as an essential advocate for Aidoc's R&D culture and mission in the competitive Clinical AI space.
Responsibilities- Technical Sourcing & Strategy
- Deep Sourcing: Proactively source highly sought-after passive technical talent (e.g., AI/ML Engineers, Backend/Full-Stack Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Technical Product Managers) using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Boolean Mastery: Develop and execute complex Boolean search strings and search logic across diverse platforms including GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, and niche tech communities, in addition to LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market mapping and competitive intelligence to understand where top technical talent is located, their skill profiles, and compensation trends.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain high-quality, long-term talent pipelines for critical and complex technical roles, ensuring data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Talent Community Building & Nurturing
- Community Engagement: Initiate and manage strategies to engage with technical talent communities and professional groups (online and offline) to drive referrals and warm leads.
- Relationship Nurturing: Create and execute personalized drip campaigns and follow-up strategies to nurture relationships with passive candidates over time, moving them through the talent community lifecycle.
- Event Representation: Identify and potentially attend relevant tech meetups, conferences, and hackathons (e.g., AI/ML, Cloud, Data Science events) to network and represent Aidoc.
- Employer Branding Initiatives
- Content Collaboration: Partner with the internal stakeholders to develop and promote engaging content (e.g., blog posts, engineer interviews, tech talks) that highlights Aidoc's unique engineering challenges and technical culture.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional, technically focused, and high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach, acting as the initial face of Aidoc's R&D division.
- Value Proposition: Effectively articulate Aidoc's life-saving mission, the complexity of our R&D's technical challenges, and our engineering culture of excellence to inspire top technical talent.
- Collaboration & Metrics
- Partner closely with Technical Hiring Managers and TA Partners to calibrate on roles, deeply translate complex technical requirements and nuances, and strategically define ideal candidate profiles.
- Track and report on key technical sourcing metrics, focusing on conversion rates from outreach to interview, time-to-source, and channel effectiveness.
- Professional Background: 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer or Technical Recruiter in a high-growth environment, ideally within AI, SaaS, or HealthTech.
- Technical Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of technical concepts, technologies, and stacks
- Sourcing Expertise: High proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including expert-level Boolean logic and specialized platform sourcing (e.g., GitHub search). Out of the box thinking and use of unconventional methods to find top candidates
- Engaging Communicator: Exceptional written & oral communication skills in Hebrew & English
- Self-Starter with a Bias for Action: Highly proactive, results-oriented, and intellectually curious about new technologies and recruitment methods.
- Employer Branding & Content: Proven experience in promoting employer branding. Demonstrated ability to leverage content that showcases R&D excellence culture and professional impact to attract passive, top-tier talent.
- Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Comfortable using data and analytics to track sourcing success, identify areas for improvement, and refine sourcing strategies based on performance metrics.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously.
