GenAI Solutions Engineer

Entrio is looking for a Mid Level Engineer with formal experience in one of the following fields (Data Automation/Integration/Engineering/Science) and an interested in AI development for the role of GenAI Solutions Engineer.

About the role
:

As a GenAI Solutions Engineer in the Data Solutions Team, you will drive innovation by designing and implementing cross-functional AI solutions across multiple data disciplines.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Data Analysts, Software Developers, and Business Stakeholders to build scalable systems that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Your work will span end-to-end development—from architecting data pipelines and optimizing processes to creating intuitive dashboards and refining AI-driven systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in at least one data domain, is interested in AI, and is willing to learn new skills and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
:

* Take ownership of development, research, and refactoring tasks in the fields of Data and AI.

* Develop end-to-end GenAI solutions. from data gathering and cleaning, process implementation, and deployment, through to ongoing maintenance and optimization.

* Continuously research and implement the latest generative AI techniques and best practices, ensuring alignment with business needs and product goals.

* Participate in developing our Agentic AI infrastructure/framework.

* Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards while championing the responsible use of generative AI within the organization.

Qualifications
:

* Proven experience of at least 2 years in one of the following fields: Automation, Integration, Data Engineering, or Data Science.

* Demonstrated proficiency in working with GenAI technologies and a passionate interest in the field of AI.

* Significant programming experience with any language, preferably Python.

* Significant experience with relational databases.

* Significant experience with process automation.

* Experience with any cloud computing platform.

* Experience with process orchestration.

* Ability to quickly pick up new ideas and approaches.

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex features with an open mind.

* A strong technology background and understanding of different architectures.

Bonus points

* Experience with development of Agentic AI processes—Major Advantage.

* Experience with Lakehouse architecture.

* Experience with workflow tools.

* Experience with NoSQL databases.

* Experience with data visualization tools.
