We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

About the position

As an Account Manager at Spinomenal, you'll be at the heart of our business relationships, managing key partnerships with global operators and ensuring the continued success of our games across diverse markets. You'll act as the main point of contact for your partners, combining commercial insight, project management, and a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem to deliver value and strengthen collaboration.

About the team

The Account Management department oversees the company's client portfolio. By leveraging our product strategy, we implement various actions to drive revenue growth for our clients, helping us achieve the company's revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with Spinomenal's partners, ensuring their satisfaction, growth, and alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with clients to create and execute business plans that drive engagement, maximize revenues, and ensure the success of new and existing games.
  • Game Releases & Promotions: Coordinate the full cycle of game launches and promotional activities — from concept to execution — ensuring every release gets the visibility and traction it deserves.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to both clients and internal teams to improve results and optimize business opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry developments, player preferences, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure partners' needs are met efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and opportunities are maximized.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to exciting cross-department initiatives and special projects driven by team leads — where creativity, ownership, and innovation are encouraged.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as Account Manager
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments, including sales, product teams, executives, business partners, and customers.
  • Sales, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to influence and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Multitasking Ability: Skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Highly motivated, with the independence and focus needed to meet goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling abroad up to several times a year.

Language Requirements:

  • Russian: Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written forms – mandatory
  • English: Fluent in both written and verbal communication – mandatory
