•; אחריות להובלה מקצועית של הדיסציפלינות הנ"ל.
• אחריות לאיכות המקצועית של תוצרי חברי הצוות בעבודתם ב-Agile Squads.
• יצירת והובלת שגרות לשיתוף ידע בין חברי הצוות והארגון.

  • ניהול והעצמת ההון האנושי – העצמת עובדים, קידום הכשרות, הובלה וריכוז תהליכי משוב והערכה, ייזום צרכי גיוס, קידום וכיו"ב.
    • מעורבות והובלה של הבשלת יוזמות טכנולוגיות ועסקיות. ניסיון, הסמכות וכישורים נדרשים
    • ניסיון מוכח בהובלת צוות טכנולוגי, בעדיפות לסביבה רב-תחומית.
    • רקע עשיר בפיתוח, הטמעה וניהול מערכת Salesforce עם ניסיון מעשי בכלים יישום ופיתוח על גבי הפלטפורמה כדוגמת Flow, Apex, LWC וכו'
    • ניסיון בהובלת יוזמות Integration ו – Data Pipelines תוך שימוש בכלי תווכה כדוגמת APIGEE, Talend או כלים דומים.
  • הבנה מעמיקה של עקרונות הנדסיים, מתודולוגיות, ותבניות עם ניסיון בסקירות ארכיטקטורה טכנית וקוד.
    • ידע בכלים וטכנולוגיות של הנדסת נתונים כגון Python, SQL, ETL עם ניסיון מעשי באזורים אלו.
    • Salesforce System Architect
