We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced data scientist / deep learning engineer to join our growing, innovation-driven data science team. In this role, you will work independently, lead tasks, and deliver cutting-edge solutions by leveraging GenAI technologies to solve complex business challenges

• Design and develop GenAI-based products tailored for the telco industry, taking them from research to full production.
• Explore, experiment with, and adopt the latest advancements in generative AI.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders in implementing and customizing our solutions to meet their needs.
• Establish and promote best practices for developing and deploying GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, architects, product managers, and domain experts to deliver impactful results.

• Independent, curious, and eager to share your ideas and perspectives. 
• A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics). 
• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning. 
• Proven experience building machine learning models end-to-end, from research to production. 
• Hands-on experience with deep learning algorithms and familiarity with GenAI models, techniques, and key libraries (e.g., Transformers, LangChain).
• Experience in agile machine learning development, from quick wins to MVP and full-scale products. 
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with modern AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. 

• You'll play a key role in ensuring timely resolution of critical issues within agreed SLAs, creating a positive customer experience and building strong relationships through clear communication, progress updates, and professional handling.  
• You'll demonstrate a deep understanding of key business drivers, helping to align strategic directions and contribute to organizational success.
