The IT Technical Support Specialist leads and supports enterprise infrastructure and technology architecture activities. Responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with global IT teams and external vendors, and driving regional technical initiatives. The role requires deep knowledge of networks, infrastructure, servers, operating systems, cloud computing, and end-user computing services.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in IT design and implementation with expertise in at least two of the following areas: infrastructure and network design, servers and storage, database management, virtualization, cloud technologies, and Active DirectoryStrong knowledge of organizational network and infrastructure capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical teamsProfessional proficiency in Hebrew and EnglishPreferred experience in Oil/Engineering industries, international companies, and familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing platform
