A leading company in the Cyber Security Solutions field is seeking a visionary yet deeply hands-on VP Global Compensation & Benefits and HRIS to rebuild and modernize the entire global C&B and HR technology infrastructure.

This is a high-impact for a leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels.
You will build global frameworks, systems, processes, and governance for a large organization across many countries.

A true "builder" role for someone who thrives in lean environments and wants to architect the future of global HR at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a complete rebuild of global C&B frameworks, including compensation structures, benchmarking, leveling, and global governance.

  • Own global benefits strategy across many countries; standardization, modernization, and alignment to business needs.

  • Lead HRIS strategy, system selection, implementation, and global rollout.

  • Build simple, scalable processes enabling managers to make data-driven decisions independently.

  • Own People budget planning globally; partner with Finance on long-range forecasts and allocations.

  • Establish compensation philosophy, pay-for-performance models, and global incentive structures.

  • Lead transformation of HR operations; reduce complexity and increase visibility for managers.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CPO and executive leadership on all C&B matters.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a global team of ~10.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of global C&B leadership experience, ideally at VP level.

  • Experience in large multinational organizations.

  • Successful track record building HRIS infrastructure and leading full life-cycle system implementations.

  • Deep understanding of global compensation models, regulatory environments, and benchmarking methodologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a lean, under-built environment and build from scratch.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking with strong operational and analytical execution skills.

  • Executive presence; ability to influence at the highest levels.

  • Cybersecurity or high-tech experience preferred.
