Position Summary:
The Relocation Marketing Manager leads the full scope of marketing activities for international health insurance (IPMI) products, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. The focus is on delivering tailored solutions for employees and families undergoing global relocation. The role includes strategic planning, multi-channel campaign management, digital content creation, collaboration with partners and vendors worldwide, and ongoing support of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and yearly workplans.
 - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with subject matter experts, with hands-on control over analytics and performance reporting.
 - Lead multi-channel campaign planning and execution: performance marketing, social media, Facebook/WhatsApp groups, offline activities, events, and community initiatives.
 - Manage relationships with marketing partners, media outlets, and agencies.
 - Oversee customer marketing journeys, communication plans, messaging, and content creation.
 
Workplan & Budget Management
- Build annual marketing plans aligned with sales goals, including KPIs, budget planning, and timelines.
 - Manage and track budget execution across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
 - Coordinate with related business lines (e.g., Travel Insurance) and internal departments.
 
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, generate actionable insights from reports.
 - Continuously optimize messaging, content, and channel performance based on audience engagement.
 - Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
 
Strategic B2B Marketing
- Build a focused marketing strategy for global relocation stakeholders such as HR relocation managers and procurement teams.
 - Develop professional marketing assets: presentations, product sheets, landing pages, and thought leadership content.
 - Manage B2B activities on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
 - Support the sales team in bids and proposals with value-based messaging.
 - Coordinate and support seminars, conferences, and events for brokers and clients.
 
Partnership & Vendor Management
- Develop marketing partnerships with international relocation agencies, chambers of commerce, and strategic allies.
 - Oversee external vendors, including creative agencies, designers, and content consultants.
 - Coordinate with the Web Marketing Manager on website and landing page content related to relocation.
 
Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in global B2B marketing – required.
 - Strong background in digital marketing and eCommerce, including SEO and performance campaigns – required.
 - Experience in relocation, international insurance, healthcare, or employee services – strong advantage.
 - Native-level English – required.
 - Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead projects independently.
 - Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and content development.
