About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the charge on strategic initiatives, taking ownership of high-impact products that power global supply chains and transform the way goods move worldwide. You'll dive deep into market trends, user needs, and business goals—turning complexity into clarity and shaping solutions that truly matter. From ideation to launch (and every iteration in between), you'll guide the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and success at every step. As a technical leader, you'll also mentor junior team members and influence the broader product strategy alongside company leadership. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Keep the roadmap up to date in Craft and provide needed visibility to stakeholders.
• Write MRDs and PRDs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and features that meet business and customer needs.
• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Advocate for customer needs by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Influence executive leadership with data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers to enhance team capabilities.

About You 

Basic requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
• Expertise in data analysis, user research, and market evaluation.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred requirements

• Proven experience managing relationships with enterprise-level customers
• Hands-on experience working on data-driven products
• Background in the logistics industry
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
