ר"צ לניהול תחום ה-Contact Center והטלפוניה (Unified Communications).

להשתלבות במשרה מלאה עם נכונות לכוננויות ונסיעות לחו"ל.

תחומי אחריות:

  • ניהול צוות של 3 עובדים בתחום UC ו-Contact Center
  • אחריות על מערכת Genesys Cloud Contact Center – ברובד האפליקטיבי
  • הובלת תחום Unified Communications בארגון, כולל Microsoft Teams
  • אחריות על נושאים רגולטוריים ואבטחת מידע בתחום הטלפוניה והתקשורת
  • עבודה שוטפת מול גורמים בארץ ובחו"ל ומידי פעם נסיעות (2-3 פעמים בשנה~)

דרישות חובה:

  • ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בניהול צוות טכנולוגי בתחום הטלפוניה או מוקדים-
    חובה
  • ניסיון תעסוקתי מוכח עם Genesys Cloud Contact Center-
    חובה
  • ניסיון מוכח עם Microsoft Teams ו-Unified Communications, כולל נושאי רגולציה ואבטחת מידע
  • ניסיון בניהול ישיר של צוות במשך 3 שנים לפחות
  • עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – קריאה, כתיבה, שיחה-
    חובה
  • נכונות לנסיעות עבודה לחו"ל עד 3 פעמים בשנה (כשבוע כל פעם)
  • זמינות לכוננויות שבוע בחודש
