We're looking for a
Senior Trade Marketing Manager
who lives and breathes
e-commerce.
someone with
sharp business acumen
, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving
commercial growth
in the digital space.

This is a
key position
, reporting directly to the VP of the E-Commerce Division, responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy and business performance.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the
    commercial strategy
    for the division and own end-to-end business goals
  • Manage and mentor the
    trade team
    , driving performance and excellence
  • Build, maintain, and grow
    strategic partnerships
    with key clients and commercial partners
  • Collaborate closely with
    marketing, product, and media
    teams to create cross-functional business synergy
  • Analyze data, identify market opportunities, and develop
    new growth engines
  • Take full ownership of the
    commercial customer experience
    , ensuring a 360° view across all touchpoints

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    trade,
    business management, or business development
    within e-commerce or digital environments
  • Proven experience
    managing teams and leading managers
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and system-level perspective
  • A true
    sales passion
    — drive, initiative, and the ability to close big deals
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and demonstrated influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree – an advantage
