Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Backend Engineer
, located in Israel with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs, working closely with frontend and product teams, and contributing to system architecture decisions. Responsibilities include building scalable microservices, integrating cloud services, ensuring performance and reliability, and maintaining high standards of code quality and security.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Backend Development
  • Strong experience with and modern backend frameworks (e.g., or similar)
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including managed services
  • Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or data-processing pipelines (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, inference services)
  • Knowledge of frameworks and best practices to create SaaS web applications is advantageous
