About the Role

We're on the hunt for a
hands-on Digital Marketing Manager
to take charge of our marketing funnel while shaping our digital presence across WordPress, UX, SEO, and performance.

In this role, you're the
bridge between marketing, sales, and vendors
, making sure everything from lead capture to reporting is seamless. This is a bilingual position (Hebrew & English) spanning multi-language websites and campaigns, offering you the chance to drive global growth right from our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot wizardry:
    build workflows, nurture paths, scoring, and campaign assets with precise tracking (UTMs, tagging, naming); monitoring funnel KPIs (MQLs, velocity, ROI), troubleshooting integrations, and reporting clear insights.
  • Cross-team collaboration:
    work with content, design, PPC, marketing, sales to align campaigns and ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Project management magic:
    must be super organized, a clear communicator, and a pro at keeping campaigns on track with
  • Website champion:
    own WordPress (Hebrew, English, Dutch) end-to-end—content, plugins, optimization, UX/UI, SEO—always with an eye on detail and accountable for performance.
  • Innovation driver:
    harness AI tools for personalization and optimization, while leading developers and agencies with sharp briefs, smooth QA, and clear accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HubSpot expertise:
    3–5+ years hands-on with workflows, automation, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Web & UX mastery:
    strong multi-language WordPress experience, from content to technical optimization, combined with expertise in Core Web Vitals, mobile-first design, and user journeys.
  • AI-savvy marketer:
    knows how to leverage AI tools for content and performance.
  • Vendor wrangler:
    confident managing agencies, developers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Bilingual communicator:
    fluent in Hebrew & English, with the ability to create and QA content in both.
