We are searching for the best talent for a Principal Product Owner / Principal System Engineer
role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.
Purpose:
As a
Principal Product Owner / Principal System Engineer
you will be a part of the development leadership team responsible for defining specifications, prioritizing product features, and overseeing the development of digital solutions, including CARTONET and Cloud Pillar products, in alignment with Agile methodologies.

*Qualifications And Requirements:*

• Serve as a key contact for digital solution development, collaborating with the team to manage the product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and strategic goals.
• Analyze and define product requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Work closely with customers and the operations team to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Verify with the operations team product availability of over 99% and address issues identified by customers.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the solution architect to identify and implement optimal technologies.
• Work with the Algorithm department manager to determine suitable algorithms for product development.
• Support algorithm and code development and facilitate training and validation.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

*Qualifications And Requirements:*

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field; M.Sc. is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or System Engineer in the field of Medical Devices or SaaS (Cloud solution), preferably in both.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
