We are looking for a highly driven
Manufacturing Project Manager
to join a leading defense company and take ownership of complex, multidisciplinary production projects from initiation to delivery.

As the central integrator between Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Production, you will ensure products are delivered
on time, on budget, and at the highest quality,
while driving efficiency, solving problems and leading continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Lead projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, control, and delivery
  • Manage and track project budgets, including pricing, quotations, and cost analysis
  • Perform material availability analysis (SAP), identify shortages and initiate procurement needs
  • Build and maintain multi-project work plans in coordination with production teams
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with operational targets
  • Drive engineering responses to quality gaps, capacity constraints and manufacturing issues
  • Prepare and present project status, risks and timelines to management and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate all relevant interfaces: Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations and Program teams

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering –
    must
  • At least
    2 years of experience
    in managing manufacturing/production projects (MRP environment)
  • Strong command of
    SAP
    (PP/PS modules – advantage)
  • High proficiency in
    MS Office, Excel, MS-Project
  • Technical English – high level
  • Experience with electronic systems – strong advantage
  • Ability to lead in a matrix environment, communicate clearly and influence without authority
