Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to lead a high-performing team within our Sales organization. This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring technical excellence through collaboration with both Sales Engineers and Technical Sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, technical solution selling, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ability to engage and connect at the C-suite level.
- Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineer roles and or related experience.
- Strong understanding of technical solution selling and enterprise-level customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must reside in Israel in the Haifa region.
