• Makin sure that all parties are on schedule
• Constant communication with customers regarding shipping details
• Expedited handling or replacement under warranty, and their safe arrival to clients, as well as managing items
• Working with the service department, regarding all the RMA's and SO in the system
  • Handling customer orders, including processing them in the ERP system.
  • Issuing and sending invoices and delivery notes and coordinating order pickup with the client.
  Your skills and experience

Essential:

• Experience in the Import & Export field
• English proficient
• Microsoft office proficient

Desirable:

• Practical Engineer - Advantage
