Job Title:Business Operations Analyst 2Department:Medicine | IM Infectious Diseases

Business Operations Analyst will play a key role in coordinating and supporting faculty activities within the Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. This position works closely with faculty, staff, and leadership to ensure the successful recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, development, and retention of faculty members. The position will support strategic planning, assist with fiduciary oversight of key programs supporting faculty efforts (Ryan White contracts, Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy program), and oversee contracts with external hospitals. The position will assist with generating reports and analyzing data to make informed suggestions for strategic planning. Position will assist with management of operations in the division, including assessing and planning for expansion/growth for optimal utilization of space and resources. Position will also play a key role in generating routine reports to monitor financial forecasting as well as monitoring data metrics of the faculty.
