Role Description
We are seeking a
part-time (50%)
Account Manager
to join our team in a
hybrid
role, located in our office in
Bnei Brak
.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication, expectations management, and high-quality service delivery. You will focus on relationship ownership, project oversight from the customer side, and ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned with client needs.
This role requires a security clearance ("sivug"), which will be initiated by us.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Manage customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor ongoing project progress and escalate issues when needed
- Conduct follow-ups, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive retention
- Coordinate internally to ensure commitments are met
- Handle basic reporting, documentation, and administrative follow-up
- Identify opportunities for account growth or process improvements
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles —
must - Experience working in a software house or tech environment —
advantage - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure —
must - Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism —
must - Fluent in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and a people-oriented approach
- Relevant academic degree or professional certificate
- A true team player with the ability to "move mountains" when needed
