Role Description
Responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring all training activities within the company for pilots, flight dispatchers, and cabin crew, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1) Training Planning and Coordination
- Develop annual/quarterly training plans according to departmental requirements.
- Coordinate ground training, simulator sessions, and recurrent training.
- Assign instructors according to their expertise and availability.
- Allocate resources: training rooms, training equipment, and technological tools.
2) Training Records and Monitoring
- Maintain trainee training files (Pilot / Dispatcher / Cabin Crew) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Record course results, tests, and performance evaluations in training management systems.
- Generate monitoring reports and present them to relevant department managers.
3) Liaison with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Work closely with departmental training managers.
- Coordinate with external training organizations, simulator providers, and guest instructors.
- Respond to trainees' inquiries regarding training, tests, and documentation.
4) Regulatory Compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) or other regulatory bodies.
- Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in training coordination/administration – significant advantage in the aviation field.
- High proficiency in training management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
