AlgoSec is looking for a bright, motivated, organized and sales-oriented lawyer to join the legal department.

Responsibilities:
- Various Sales and Marketing global contracts review, drafting and negotiating.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to sales and marketing professionals and other stakeholders on numerous legal and business issues.
- Work in a global environment, on a variety of legal contracts including NDAs, partnership, marketing, sales and licensing agreements.
- Advise, support and be a business partner to the company's different departments such as sales, partners and procurement.
- Manage agreements and business activities to comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
- Manage multiple deals and support colleagues internationally, with sound business and legal judgment and a clear sense of company and business priorities.
- Collaborate with international legal counterparts and business teams to ensure consistent legal support across jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the U.S
- 2-4 years of experience (after internship) as an associate in a commercial law firm or in house technology company
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters, workload and conflicting priorities.
- Collaborative, positive, business-friendly and service-minded
- Team player with exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Advantages:

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $130,000-$150,000. Final offer may vary based on experience, skills, location, and certifications. If your expectations differ, we still encourage you to apply.
