Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. This is a hands-on role where you will build, maintain, and optimize scalable fintech solutions, working across backend and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using and modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps) to design, develop, and deploy new features.
  • Build and optimize a microservices-based architecture for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.
  • Work with existing code in Laravel where needed, in order to refactor and migrate services (requiring strong self-learning ability).
  • Contribute to the migration of services from Laravel to Go, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Continuously learn and quickly adapt to new programming languages and technologies, such as Go and Laravel.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in – Mandatory.
  • Experience with PHP Laravel – Advantage.
  • Experience with Go – Advantage.
  • Experience with AWS services – Advantage.
  • Ability and motivation to quickly learn new programming languages and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes – strong plus.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., ) – advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
