Role responsibilities
- The role includes verifying the quantities provided by contractors in measurement projects
- Providing briefings and supervision to field inspectors on quantity verification
- Managing exceptional cases in projects
Requirements
- Building Technician, Civil Engineer, or Architect
- At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying for structural works, finishes, and systems
- Knowledge of BIM (advantage)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
