Winbond Electronics, a global leader in memory solutions, is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Sales Manager to drive business growth in Israel (and potentially additional EU regions). This role focuses on expanding our presence in the local semiconductor ecosystem, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting Winbond's advanced memory portfolio—Specialty DRAM, Mobile DRAM, Code Storage Flash, and TrustME Secure Flash.
Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new semiconductor business opportunities in Israel and selected EU regions.
  • Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 and emerging customers, offering tailored memory solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support strategic decisions.
  • Brand Representation: Promote Winbond at industry events, trade shows, and professional networks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams across multiple time zones.
  • Work Model: Hybrid role from our Herzliya office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the Israeli market.
  • Semiconductor experience is a must; memory products experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with Asian companies – an advantage.
  • Fluent Hebrew & English (business level).
  • Strong understanding of Israel's tech landscape and established local connections.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships independently.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis – a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and quarterly visits to HQ in Taiwan.
