Position Summary:

Deliver exceptional guest service at the Forever Rewards booth by greeting guests, enrolling guests in our player rewards program, providing details regarding current and future promotions, assisting guest with issues or questions, and other guest needs. Gaming floor responsibilities include mobile enrollment and equipment maintenance to include card reprint stations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Consistently interacts with guests, encouraging membership in Players Club programs, rewarding patrons for play, and effectively handling questions/problems.

• Must have superior knowledge of casino promotions, special events and general casino layout.

• Ability to data entry player data such as name, address, contact information and promotions accurately.

• Maintain card reprint stations to ensure maximum uptime for our guests.

• Assist Player Services Cashiers with paper refills and machinery jams.

• Ensures that all guests needs are addressed in an efficient and accurate manner.

• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• Basic computer input skills.

• Ability to maintain composure, think clearly, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

• Ability to push, pull, or lift 20 lbs.

• Must be capable of interacting with the public in a highly professional and positive manner.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Swing Shift is 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Weekends & Holidays Required
